Who can apply

Undergraduate program:

I. Regular students
  • An average GPA of 3.0 in SSC/O-Level (minimum 5 subjects) and HSC/A-Level (minimum 2 subjects) with an individual minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent or a US high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Students who have passed the American High School Examination and the International Baccalaureate examinations are also eligible for admission. The university may take other systems into consideration.

III. Foreign students
    Foreign students seeking admission to EDU must meet the same academic standard of admission laid out for native students. Applicants are selected on the basis of their prior academic achievement, English proficiency and certification of required financial ability.
IV. Provisional admission
    Students may be admitted temporarily pending the ability of HSC/A-Level examination results or the transfer of credentials. If the provisionally admitted student cannot produce the appropriate documentation, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled, in such cases tuition refund will be subject to the East Delta University regulations. Applicants with SAT and TOEFL score 900 and 500 respectively would get preference along with the EDU admission test result.
Post graduate Program:
  • A relevant Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university with a grade point average of 2.5 or more on a scale of 4.0
  • A relevant four year Bachelor's Degree, with at least a second class or a relevant two years Bachelor's Degree with at least second class in all previous exams.
  • Letters of Recommendation.
  • Admission Test (Administered by East Delta University) Performance.
Students may be required to complete pre-requisite courses (based on prior academic work and admission test performance) at EDU before starting their program
