Job Responsibilities
Perform tasks related to the office EDU Foundry, Academic Support Clinic, Alumni Relation/Engagement, etc.;
Collaborate with external partners, both large multinationals and start-ups to explore and deliver innovations and ventures
Making tie-ups with the relevant institutions/companies for suitable placement for the students;
Initiating student opportunities for internship, fellowship, and campus ambassadorship;
Coordinating with employers, placement officers run background checks on students who seek internships or externships to verify students have the prerequisite education and meet all additional requirements for these companies’ positions.
Organizing job fairs, career-building programs, personality development, soft skills training, workshops, and other special events to bridge the knowledge gap between students and companies.
Developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs and projects to promote alumni relations and educational programs designed to connect alumni through academic and professional channels;
Helping to increase the scale and impact of engagement programs and facilitating lifelong relationships with EDU’s global and high-achieving alumni;
Planning, curating and regularly updating content on the alumni hub;
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Executive Network Operations Center, this position is responsible for providing first-tier technical support of software, hardware, classroom technology, printing, and network problem resolution to East Delta University faculty, admin officials, and students. This position clearly communicates technical solutions in a friendly and professional manner while providing initial diagnostic and troubleshooting for end‐user problems over the phone, online, or in person.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as Tier 1 support for student and faculty/admin staff computer-related issues at any IT Service Desk.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the academic computer labs and academic classroom.
Assist students with the use of the student print management system.
Assist students with the troubleshooting and repair of both recommended and non-recommended laptop computers and related peripherals. Escalate such issues as necessary.
Assist faculty and admin staff with the troubleshooting and repair of laptop/desktop computers and related peripherals. Escalate such issues as necessary.
Troubleshoots and assists with difficulties experienced by faculty, admin staff, and students regarding technology in classrooms, office desks, labs, eSmart Cards, and other media equipment.
Prepare reports as suggested by the Service Desk Coordinator and/or the Manager of ITS.
Input and properly assign issues into the ITS ticket tracking system.
Assist ITS staff with resolving and managing tickets in the ITS ticket tracking system.

Being aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and departmental responsibility in an emergency;
Keeping record and updating of vehicle Tax Token, Fitness, Route permit and performing transport-related other activities with BRTA like registration and checking of Drivers' Licenses;
Identifying problems/defects of any vehicle of the company and ensuring quality repair and maintenance work of all vehicles through workshops;
Preparing comparative statement of offers for vehicle major repairing and submit proposal for management decision;
Supervising and checking logbooks, fuel consumption, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles;
Communicating with relevant Govt./Private offices;
Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations & standard work environment;
Managing all types of departmental schedules and deadlines;
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

We are looking to employ an HR Executive with outstanding administrative and communication skills to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. Applicants are expected to have the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, grievance handling, and performance management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting and coordinating employment activities (transactions and documentation);
Assisting in employee recruitment and exit process;
Performing attendance management, leave procedures and leave administration duties, and generate related correspondence; update and maintain reports to track leaves;
Maintaining personal files of employees; collecting, analyzing and updating employee records;
Performing HRMS data management activities, including initiating transactions and running reports for compliance, audit, and metrics purposes. Ensuring data integrity, and serving as the primary contact for identifying and resolving pay issues;
Assisting in the communication of the annual performance appraisal process; review and track incoming performance appraisal forms;
Attending/arranging/assisting in different types of meetings, events;
Preparing and circulating Office Order, Holiday Notice and any other official letters;
